Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Packages Policy

Multiple Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts (typically 3), the package will be held at the carrier's local facility for pickup
- You will have 5-7 business days to pick up the package before it is returned to our facility

Returned Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment
- Customer Responsibility: If the return was due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping:
- Standard Delivery: Original shipping was free, reshipment will be charged at current Standard rate (currently FREE)
- Express Delivery: Customer will be charged $10.99 for reshipment
- Next-Day Delivery: Customer will be charged $15.99 for reshipment
- Our Responsibility: If the return was due to an error on our part (incorrect address entered by us, damaged package, etc.), we will reship at no additional charge
- If you prefer not to reship, you may request a refund. The refund amount will be the product price minus the original shipping cost (if applicable)
Undeliverable Addresses:
- P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes using Standard Delivery only. Express and Next-Day options are not available for P.O. Box addresses
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO): Currently not available. We only ship within the 50 United States
- International Addresses: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States
